Wrong assessment year filled 2015-16 instead of 2016-2017

04 July 2016 I have filled 1st time ITR online through e-filling, I have filled ITR for last year I think that It was for income year 2015-16 but than after I know that for last year assessment was income year 2016-2017.I have already uploaded for today ,so how can I deleted this false assessment year in form?? I want refund for last year which was deducted from my account. So I want more information about it. I already tried new form with changed in form 13995) section and upload online but it's shows that acknowledgement no. was wrong message was displayed. So please help me....

04 July 2016 dont delete anything....Revise the return you filed wrongly for last year.
file a fresh return (Original) for the current year

05 July 2016 but how can I revised it ?? please help....If I can't do anything then it can be wrong ????

05 July 2016 if you are not able to revise the return you have already files, then please contact the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer and request him/her to enable the online revise request for you.
