Can anybody differentiate between works contract service and construction service?

Works contract service is a wider term it includes the following services.
1 Construction service.
2 Maintenance service.
3 Repair service.

Thanks Seetharaman. Need one clarification whether services provided by the building construction contractor will be treated as Construction Services or Works Contract Services.
