Sir our company based on faridabad (Haryana) now want to construct a new factory and gave a contract to a builder for construcion with material. i want to knpw the wCT formalities. how much to deduct, how to deposit, can we adjust with input vat.

you have to obtain to Tanunder hvat and deduct tax at appropriate rate . deposit tds with in 15 days and issue tds vat certificate.
