17 May 2014 Can anyone explain Works Contract Tax (WCT), on which rate it should be deducted in haryana. Tell me about threshold limit also, if any.

19 May 2014 if contract value is below Rs. 1 lacs then not WCT Is applicable.

contract of labour and material both include then WCT will applicable .

and rate of WCT @ 4.20% on contract value or paid amount which ever is earlier.
