Can anyone explain Works Contract Tax (WCT), on which rate it should be deducted in haryana. Tell me about threshold limit also, if any.

if contract value is below Rs. 1 lacs then not WCT Is applicable.
contract of labour and material both include then WCT will applicable .
and rate of WCT @ 4.20% on contract value or paid amount which ever is earlier.
