Sir can you tell me how to apply for to opt the 2% composit scheme in works contract. Because here even authorities are not avare about the same.

Check applicable state VAT law & submit the applicable form to get registration .

FIRST OF ALL CHECK THAT YOUR WORK IS OF DATE AFTER JUNE 2007 WHEN THIS TAX WAS APLICABLE.THEN SIMPLY APPLY ON PAPER STATING THAT FOR FOLLOWING WORK(by name) YOU ARE APPLYING FOR COMPOSITE SCHEME BUT BEFORE THIS YOUR REGISTYRATION IN S.T IS MUST.
