HI,
I AM 1ST TIME DOING AUDIT OF COMPANY PLZE GIVE ME DETAILS FOR THE WORKING OF THE TAX LIABILITY OF COMPANY AND IF HAVE ANY EXELE WORING FOR THAT. I AM DOING TAX AUDIT.
PLZE HELP ME

There cannot be any fixed format for the same as it will depend upon the type of company under audit as it would be different for different types of companies.
Generally the format is
Net Profit / (Loss) as per P & L A/c
Add: Disallowances
Less: Allowances / Items considered under other head
Net Business Income.
