Is it mandatory for witness to initial each page of moa aoa while incorporating a company or is it upon subscribers to memorandum to intitial each page or both of the above to parties shoul do that ??
Also advice me how to keep whole bunch of this form 1 with attachments ,form 18 and form 32 below 2.5 mb ,its really a rocket science to form a company !!!!

No it is not mandatory to initial each page of Moa & Aoa. Witness shall initial only the subscription page where the details of the subscribers mentioned.
Form 1 is uploaded separately with attachment(AOA,MOA,POWER OF ATTORNEY) & form 18 & 32 separately. THE SIZE OF EACH FORM WILL SURELY BE WITHIN 2.5MB. NO ROCKET SCIENCE TYPE OF THING.

Witness is witnessing the execution of the MOA/AOA. Hence he is required to witness the signatures of all the subsribers put in the last page of MOA/AOA.
The witness shall write the following particulars in his own hand:
1)Signature
2)Name
3)Father's/Husband's name
4)Occupation
5)Address
6)Date
