04 January 2012 General practice is that the Professional who files form 1 becomes the witness for subscribers to the MOA.

If Form 1 is being filed by an Advocate, he can become witness witness.

Apart from this answer to ur question is Yes, an Advocate can be Witness to subscribers to MOA.
