Without vat no in service tax catagory choose work contract

29 April 2014 my client has no vat no. His turnover above 10 lakhs. He has doing contractor work in co. he has service tax no. in works contract catagory. but he has no vat no.

my client is from Bharuch, Gujarat.

Please give urgent reply

01 May 2014 YES TAKE S TAX WITH OUT S TAX NO

FIRST TAKE VAT REGISTRATION AND PAY VAT ON COMPOSITION SCHEME (5%ON GROSS)

HE HAS NOT USE ANY MATERIAL NOT REQUIRED VAT BUT HE TAKE S TAX WRONG CLASSIFICATION.

ONCE CONFORM USE MATERIAL OR NOT
