If any person withdraws money from pf account on leaving the job and if in new CO there is no pf deduction, then will he receive full amount or any tds will be there or any condition ?

Dear Bhagyesh,
If amount is withdraw before 5 years then it would be taxable as the salary income and tds will be deducted.
