With related to refund status

01 April 2016 I had filled a return for the AY 2015-16 with salary income on18/11/2015without any refund claim.afterthat only I had came knew that in my account an amount of rupee nearly 8000 TDs was there. my question is that return got processed by the department ,can I fill the revised return or not ??, that to TDs was not from my employer it is from outside parties
