20 November 2012 Dear Experts

Please suggest if the acknowledgement receipt of notice sent by registered post to the creditors during the winding up of company has been lost, then email, fax or courier serve the purpose

20 November 2012 What is the botheration? Whether acknowledgement is LOST or the notice is LOST. If creditor demands, send the copy. Loss of acknowledgement does not prove that you have not sent the notice. Is it?

Thanks for your prompt reply, but the acknowledgement has been lost by creditors only. They have sent notice to the company & lost their Acknowledgement

20 November 2012 Then what is the issue? The company is denying the receipt of any such correspondence or what? Sorry, I am not able to understand what you are aiming at.

20 November 2012 acknowledgement for REGISTERED A.D. kind of postal vehicles is the responsibility of the POST & Telegraph dept. Go and ask for the same from the concerned SERVICE PROVIDER. (Post or courier company as the case may be) The service provider is duty bound to issue the certificate to that effect.
