My grand father property divided in his son's . Now if my father wants to gift me that property , will i get any benefit ?
Is there any rule in which a grand son receives benefits if he gets property / land from ancestor through father ?
Please experts ... suggest me .

yes then no capital on transfer of such capital asset but when u sell it then capital gain shall arise
