Will godown rent attract gst

06 September 2017 Sir I am using a godown for my business for which the rent is below 8000 per month. I am a registered dealer and have GSTIN no. I am paying the rent to a unregistered person under GST. Now will GST be applicable in my case, if yes then what is the GST tax and who will pay the tax.
