A Company can add a new object in MOA !!!!
why it need arise to open a new company ?

Hi
Yes, a company can change their main object. If the object is changes and it reflects new business, then it is required to change name accordingly. For example,if the company carring of real estate business and after changing the object of MOA it is going to enter in Film production then the name of the company doing real estate business, can not reflect that it is film production company.
For this it is required to change the name of the company which reflect the object of the company in which it is doing business.
