Diet food provided by a Gym to reduce weight whether it is chargeable under MVAT Act if yes what % of tax is leviable on such food.???

Please Check the Traiff No and Heading under Customs Act for each product. If its Medicine then 5% Sch. C-29 otherwise 12.5% under Sch.E.
