What is the WHT implication on advertisement in Foreign channel and making payment to them directly in Fx or to their Overseas agency? Please advise.

Normally no TDS liabillity if foreign channel has no PE in India.
But kindly check on facts of the case and it may happen that TDS may be deductible .
