sir whose tin number is paste on excise invoice if buyer and consignee are not same.
1) if buyer and consignee both are situated with in same state.
2) if buyer and consignee both are situated different state.

the example is -
I have a purchase order of a company, in which buyer(head office) and consignee(factory) address are different but state is same. I have tin no. of buyer, so my question is if i paste tin no of buyer in excise invoice only, so it sufficient or should i take consignee tin no also.?

buyer is sufficient but if you have then mention of consingee taxation detail also.
