21 August 2017 Our Auditors has to sign 3CD....Every year we ourselves prepare 3CD and they just prima facie take a look and sign it....please tell me we as a client are responsible for preparing 3CD??

21 August 2017 Management is responsibile for giving all such details but ultimate preparation can be done by auditors it is not a big task for them

21 August 2017 I agree if one person handles all the accounts and tax related work then it is cumbersome
