we registered pvt ltd co then who is the responsible for deduction of Professional tax? is availabilities remains with Co Or Director of the company in individual capacity.

It is the Co. who will deduct the P Tax of the employees working in the co.

director of the co is from different district then from which office they can enroll whether place of business jurisdiction or directors place of residence?
