In case of Future/option/ Commodity only Profit/Loss figure need to mention in ITR in respective column. ITR form can be choose according to your remaining/other source of Income.
Form No.: ITR-1 SAHAJ - For Individuals having Income from Salary & Interest.
Form No.: ITR-2 - For Individuals & HUFs not having Income from Business or Profession. (This form can be use)
Form No.: ITR-2A - For Individuals & HUFs not having Income from Business or Profession and Capital Gains and who do not hold foreign assets. (This form can be use)
Form No.: ITR-3 - For Individuals / HUFs being partners in firms and not carrying out business or profession under any proprietorship.
Form No.: ITR-4 - For Individuals & HUFs having Income from a proprietary business or profession. (This form can be use)
Form No.: ITR-4S – SUGAM - For Individuals / HUFs having Income from presumptive business. (This form can be use).
