27 January 2018 one of my client having income from profession of notary public & agriculture income also now i want to file itr 4 under sec 44ada. but agriculture income also around 300000 so which itr return should i file ?

27 January 2018 File ITR 3 as agricultural income exceed limit of 5000.

27 January 2018 Choose no account case and opt for 44ada no need to disclose balance sheet.

27 January 2018 You can declare income under Profession in itr 4 fill gross receipts expenses net profit and Balance sheet data in non maintain account fill particular data appropriate to your profession such as sundry Debtors, Creditors, stock, cash balance .
