Which ITR to be filed

If an individual is a salaried person and he does the general insurance agency work nad he does get rhe commission. My question is can he file the ITR 2 showing the commission income as Income from other sources or should it be in ITR 4 considering the commission as business income .
Please throw some light on it.

05 April 2011 he can file either itr-2 of itr4

if he file itr -2, then he also calim the expenses under the head income from other source

05 April 2011 Sir i want to know then whether the individual having salary income and commission income (claiming expenses)should file ITR 4
and commission income without claiming expenses should he file ITR 2.

Please kindly expain in detail.

IF COMMISSION AMT IS MUCH THEN FILE ITR -4
