Which ITR should I file?

15 July 2017 I have a property in which I am residing I have been filing ITR 1 last year my brother bought a property(and occupied it) and added my name as second holder only for security reasons. All the payments have been made by my brother do I still have to file ITR1?

15 July 2017 since you will be owner of two properties, you should ideally file ITR.2
