26 May 2010 I am having salary income and also doing share trading (in previous year no trading done by me)but having carried forward loss for loss in share trading as per ITR-II filed by me in previous year. Now I want to know that can I file my return in new SARAL - II ITR - I for my current year return.

27 May 2010 It is better to file ITR 2 for set off loss of Share trading with profit which will arise in future. In ITR 1 , there is no option to c/f
