Which ITR?

12 July 2011 Dear all,
One our client is having less than 2 cars and the same he has given on rent to the company and on which he is getting monthly income so on so.... in addition to house property incom on his owned property.

Now which ITR have to file?
Either ITR-4 or ITR-4s

12 July 2011 ITR-4S since passanger car will not come under the ambit of section 44AE since it is for plying of goods carriages,which is excluded in section 44AD.

12 July 2011 If he is having one house property and less than 2 cars or no car, he can file his return in ITR 4S.
