11 September 2014 Dear Sir,

Kindly guide which form need to be filed instead of DIN 3 to update the DIN of Directors? presently DIN 3 form is not available in MCA21.

11 September 2014 Substitute of DIN-3 to be released within a week: Mr Sanjay Gupta, Dy Director, MCA is reported to have stated in recent ICSI seminar at Noida that substitute of DIN-3 by way of DIR-3C will be released in the coming week!
