service tax 3708/-
Total 33708/-
which amount on Tds deducted on 30000/- or 33708/-
note: i know tds deduct on 33708/- but i want to confirm that rs. 3708/- is a service tax its a govt. liability

TDS has to be deducted on the Total amount inclusive of service tax.

CBDT Circular says that TDS is to be deducted on Rs 33708

As per circular 715 dated 1995, on total bill amount(inclusive of service tax).
