Our company purchased EPABX system of Rs.21000/- & Installation Rs.4494/- total Rs.25494/-

Whether to capitalise above ?

and if Capitalize then please tell the
fixed asset account name and life of the asset ?

27 May 2015 It should be capitalised.

The life of the asset is better narrated by a. Manufacturer or b.The technical expert say Electronics Engineer.
