My company Regularly Provide services to a company now my company take servives from the same company now my question is whether TDS will be deducted or not on Service receive from the the said company. whether if any case law or circular having please mention the case law or circular.

TDS is required to be deducted on the basis of amount credited to the service provider company. We can not net off. For TDS on interest similar citations may be referred at the link-
