Is TDS applicable on payment to jeweller for sales promotion made through Jeweller by distributing jewellery(gold coins), if yes under which section and with case law(if any).

22 July 2013 Dear Sir, If Jeweller Charge Some Amount Of Fees for their Service Still it not come under TDS Provision

22 July 2013 Services will attract TDS. but sales promotion expenses and business promotion expenses not covered and TDS section except the sale commission.
