i want to know whether the tds will be applicable to the uniform supplier who provides uniform with specification of company

we have given contract to a contractor who provide uniforms, he has taken specifications of every employee, and provided uniform all the things material labour all chg incurred by him

As you will take the Purchase bill in your accounts and the said bill will show the supply of Uniforms of various measurements and specifications which are like goods purchased by your company.
