I have purchased bus against this provide Passenger Transport Service. Can I take ITC on Bus Purchase? What is GST Rate Charged to Passenger? Whether 5% or 12%

For transport of passengers by an air conditioned contract or stage carriage (i.e., buses) and radio taxis, a GST rate of 5% would be applicable with no input tax credit.

Only for trucks it's allowed not for buses.
