whether GST will be charged after discount amount.

GST to be charged at value after discount....

If discount is given in the invoice itself then on the net value. However if discount is given after the supply of goods, then the adjustment on account of discount can be made only if such discount is according to the terms of agreement entered on or before the supply and linked to relevant invoice. Further the recipient shall also reduce the input tax credit attributable to discount
