A firm situated in Haryana sells a product( which is exempt from sales tax in Haryana) and it is sold to a party in delhi... whether
cst will be charged or not? The seller is not registered in Haryana vat as it not needed...
Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible

Dear Shivank , As the product is exempt then you do not need to pay CST on it.

Agrre with CA CS Pawan. In case of Bashir Oil Mill Bombay HighCourt (Nagpur Bench) has given the decision on the point.
