12 February 2012 A firm situated in Haryana sells a product( which is exempt from sales tax in Haryana) and it is sold to a party in delhi... whether
cst will be charged or not? The seller is not registered in Haryana vat as it not needed...
Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible
