When to file st-3

I know about the ST - 3 updation so the Filing has been delayed.
But I have also received an message that ST-3 has to be filed by 25/10/2012 for period 01-04-12 to 30-06-12.
So, whether we should file for period from 01-04-12 to 30-06-12 with old ST -3 and afterwards upload for the Period 01-07-12 to 30-09-12 with new updated ST -3 form???

yes .......you can filed from 01.04.2012-30.06.2012 old format and wef 01.07.2012 - 30.09.2012 from new format.

Notification 47/2012 dated 28/09/2012 says as follows:-
“Provided that the Form ‘ST-3’ required to be submitted by the 25th day of October, 2012 shall cover the period between 1st April to 30th June, 2012 only.”

Yes agreed with the experts. It seems there is some problem in uploading the datas for the older period i.e april to june as per the notn no.47/2012. So, wait for few days to upload for the first quarter and for the next quarter, new format will be made available.
