sir i have a firm named surya electronics sir i have use my password in behalf of my co. now sir plz tell me when i will monthly payment of service tax. as per my knowledge it should be paid quertely in (5 date) in case of firm ,individual.

yes. Individuals, firm - Payment can be made quarterly due date is 5th of the following month of the quarter

if the service tax amount for the year is more than Rs. 10 Lacs then you have to pay service tax via E-payment mode and last date for the same will be 6th of next month to the quarter.
