i had obtain regn on 20 sept and applied for it on 15 sept , a supplier had supplied goods on 17 september and billed it on 11.09.2017 on my gst no. can i claim itc on it?

No. You cannot claim input if the bill received is dated prior to your registration date.

okk mam thank you if in future that bill is uploaded by my supplier in gstr 1 then i have to reject it?

He will not be able to enter that bill in that date.
