I have a question...
If a person earn an amount from KBC and such other game shows then the income is charged to tax under the head " income from other sources" u/s 56(2)(ib) @ 30% flat rate.. + Education cess 2% and SHEC 1%.
right ??
My question is-
Suppose If you won 5 crore from KBC.. What will be your tax treatment against this income to SAVE TAX ?

there is no escape route in such case and it is mandatory to deduct applicable tds
