what will the rate of TDS on rent 194I for the Financial Year year 2012-13

Please Guidance me.

13 March 2012 We have to wait for the union budget on 16th March 2012 to see if there is any change in the TDS rates for the FY 2012-13. As of now it is 2% on Rent for Machinery / Plant / Equipments and 10% on Rent for others
