Which specifically excludes
i) development fees
ii) Donations
iii) Similar nature as mentioned above.

Conditions are it shall be paid to (at the time of admission)-
i) University , college , school or other educational institution situated within India

ii) Full time education

14 September 2014 further question in this regard is tution fee paid to PVT, institutions allowed or not and also it is mandatory to allow maximum to TWO child.
