what is the "h" form? and how can i know through pan card no.the firm is individual or huf?

H-Form is a certificate issued as proof of Export. This form can be obtained from sales tax dept. When a exporter purchases the material from the sellers and exports then the exporter has to issue
For individuals, the the fourth character of PAN is "P". For HUF it is "H".
Fourth character of PAN represents the status of the PAN holder.
• C — Company
• P — Person
• H — HUF(Hindu Undivided Family)
• F — Firm
• A — Association of Persons (AOP)
• T — AOP (Trust)
• B — Body of Individuals (BOI)
• L — Local Authority
• J — Artificial Juridical Person
• G — Government
