service tax registration NO. is allotted on PAN based NO.
I want to know of what is meaning of
PAN No. + SD 001
PAN No. +ST 001
meaning of SD or ST or 001.

SD/ST are one and same thing...earlier SD was used and now ST.
the numeric code following ST/SD means the number of services registered against the PAN. so your first registration shall be 001, next 002 and so on

SD denotes Service Distributor and ST denotes others, as in Service provider. The numeric part is the number of registrations on same PAN depending on number of locations.

Last three digits denotes the no of registrations given against the PAN number. Eg. 001 for first registration, 002 for second registration and so on....
