what is meaning of freight collect and freight prepaid and also FOB and CISF also.

the words have meaning with respect to seller and purchaser......
when in the transaction freight is prepaid, it is called as freight prepaid.
On the other hand, if it is not paid and it is to be collected by the transporter at the time of giving delivery, it is regarded as freight collect
