20 June 2014 Cancel option will be used to cancel the unwanted or wrong voucher entered. it is very useful to maintain the numbering in the voucher,if some wrong entry made with continuous voucher number but after sometime you find the entry is wrong, you need to remove while remove the serial number of subsequent voucher will change it will create problem in voucher numbering, to avoid that simply you can cancel that entry. that particular entry will go from books and also voucher number will remain same

21 June 2014 It will help you to track the every voucher. For eg. if your bill no 6 is cancelled and you used cancelled command, when you open sales register it will show bill no 6 cancelled. If you choose not to enter the bill no 6 as it is cancelled, sales register will show bill 7 after bill no 5.
