All dear sir i want to know what gst rate will be applicable in renting a motor cab if cost of fuel is borne by receipient ?

in fixed rate where cost of fuel is included then 5 % and what rate if cost of fuel additional charge after exceeding fixed km ?? i hope u understand my question .
