21 April 2012 I have completed my B.Com. and presently in CA Final. I have passed group I and appearing for Group II. I'm interested in Practicing after becoming CA.
I'm confused as to what should I study further, after becoming CA. Whether I should go for CS, CWA or LLB ?
Please guide me, as which qualification can help me if I want to Practise in the areas of Income Tax, Service Tax & VAT. Please also explain me as to why, you suggested a particular course.
Also guide me if any exemption is available in internship or exams in under CS or CWA, after I become CA ?
Is it permited to continue Practice as a CA even when I continue my internship under CWA/CS ? Can I undertake Tax Audit/Statutory Audit/Concurrent Audit work along with internship of CS/CWA ?

22 April 2012 Better you should opt for LL.B because in practice many issue comes in which law points are involved and if you are not well conversant then you have to depend on others. CS is also equally good if you want to practice in audit only
