I had applied for my articles in a big firm and they are conducting gd . Can u please tell me what are things to be remembered while in group discussion

14 February 2013 1. Active Participation.
2. Understand the topic and speak what is relevant to topic.
3. Dont cut short others. Let others speak. You can counter their points if you dont agree, but ensure you dont keep interrupting them.
4. Listen actively.
5. Keep notes of what is being discussed. You may be asked to summarise at the end.

14 February 2013 it is like how you talk when all friends join as a grop , so it is very natural. do u offend your other friends.you will not, may be humor may be some views serious.. so natural approach, so it is gp discussion. so never ever become some thing very special then you will be natural . No hard and fast rule. only thing when time is allotted ensure you speak in a way you do not take a lot of time to convey your thoughts, that is all!
