30 March 2012 Sir, I want to know know that whether to Registration under VAT is compulsory for Kerosine Dealer or Not???

02 April 2012 A dealer whose turnover exceeds the prescribed limit i.e. Rs. 5 lacs (sale) as reseller, having turnover of taxable goods of Rs. 10000/- is under obligation to hold registration under MVAT.
Kerosine dealer having local turnover of resale exceeding Rs. 5,00,000/- is liable for registration under M VAT.
