Dear Experts,
My question is, if goods purchased by a registered dealer in WB is sold in ASSAM.
Can he claim input VAT paid with the output VAT payable in ASSAM?
Please Reply. Its urgent.

Ni input VAT credit will not be availabe in this case.

Would you please suggest me some way out.
Currently we are purchasing goods in WB and transferring them in our depot at ASSAM and selling them from there only.
